Remove a Creo Elements/Direct Part Library feature
Creo Elements/Direct Part Library features are easy to delete if you leave the create feature option turned on. If you turn this option off, you must remove each face from the part manually.
These features include drilled holes, center holes, grooves, undercuts, tooth shafts, and center keys.
To remove a Creo Elements/Direct Part Library part from your assembly, simply delete it with the Delete 3D tool in the task bar.
There are several approaches you could take to remove a feature. The procedure described here is only one method.
To delete a feature,
1. Click Part Library and then, in the Utilities group, click (Delete 3D).
2. Open the Select tool (press F2).
3. Click In Feature in the Methods section.
4. Click Start.
5. Double click one or more Creo Elements/Direct Part Library features in the Structure Browser.
6. Click End.
7. Click OK to complete the operation.
