Run reports and inquiries
You can gather a variety of information about your harness assembly using the buttons in Cabling's Tools group on the Tools tab:
• Inquire cable/wire: Find information about any cable's length, ID, diameter, bend radius, and conductors.

To find the length of a flat cable, click Cabling and then, in the Flatcable group, click the arrow next to More. Click Flatcable length under Inquire.
• Reports: Generate and record a report to a text file.
• Check path: Check the channel for problems.
• Name <-> ID: Display a list of cable types and their associated IDs.
• Check pin definition: Find connectors' pin definitions.
• Check bend radius: Find whether any cables violate their minimum bend radius.
• Highlight path: Highlight a cable channel for easier viewing.
• Highlight netlist: Display a list of connected and unconnected wire ends.
