Create drawings from models (Creo Elements/Direct Annotation) > Modify drawings > Modify sheets > Create additional sheets

Create additional sheets
Any number of sheets of various sizes can be created in a drawing. A scale factor can be specified which causes all new views placed on it to be automatically scaled by the specified factor.
To create a sheet,
1. Click Annotation and then, in the Setup group, click New Sheet. The Create dialog box opens, with the lowest available sheet number automatically selected in the Number box.
2. If required, enter a different number in the Number box.
3. To enter a scale factor for the sheet, enter the factor in the Scale box. (The default factor is 2:1.)
4. Click a frame type (or None for no frame) from the Type cascade list.
5. Click Create Sheet & Add Views to add views as you create the sheet.
6. Click to complete the operation.
A new sheet appears in the Creo Elements/Direct Annotation viewport, and it is set as the new active sheet.
It is also possible to insert a new sheet between existing sheets. By specifying an existing sheet number for the new sheet, the old sheet is automatically renumbered. Creo Elements/Direct Annotation renumbers sheets consecutively and will renumber all sheets affected by the insertion.
