Transfer BOM information from 3D
This is the first way to transfer 3D Annotations into your 2D drawing.
To transfer BOM information from 3D,
1. Create a BOM and position flags in 3D.
2. In 2D, transfer the appropriate docuplanes on your drawing.
3. Click
Annotation and then, in the
Setup group, click
Update View to update the 2D view.
4. Click
Annotation and then, in the
Transfer 3D Doc group, click the arrow next to
Docuplane.
5. Click
Transfer from 3D. The
Transfer DP Annos dialog box opens.
6. Select Type:
◦ Drawing
◦ One View
◦ View Set
◦ Sheet
7. Click
to complete the operation.
