If true, Creo Elements/Direct Model Manager makes this pseudo attribute available in Creo Elements/Direct Annotation or Creo Elements/Direct Drafting for use as a Text Reference. Creo Elements/Direct Model Manager also passes the value of the pseudo attribute, allowing it to be set on Drawing title blocks.
