Description
If "true" then the user is prompted for a new change note for a MAJOR or MINOR revision. The Cancel button is disabled. If fields in the change note dialog are left empty, an error dialog displays.
This tag only applies when saving models or drawings. Revising Masterdata always requires a change note.
