View and edit properties
Information is stored in Creo Elements/Direct Model Manager for models, drawings, assemblies, packets, Masterdata, and other types of documents. The information in the Creo Elements/Direct Manager Server database about these items can be viewed and edited through the DB Properties dialog box.

If you have edits pending in one window, you'll have to click Apply or Cancel in that window before you can edit the same item, or dependent items, in another window.
To view and edit properties for an item:
1. Select an item in the Workspace window.
2. Click Home and then, in the Edit group, click DB Properties. Alternatively, right-click the item and, in the shortcut menu, click DB Properties. The DB Properties dialog box opens. You can view and edit the information stored about the item.
Your permissions determine whether or not you can view the information stored in the database.
To view and edit properties for multiple items:
1. Select one or more items in the Workspace.
2. Click Home and then, in the Edit group, click Table Edit. Alternatively, right-click the items and, in the shortcut menu, click Table Edit. The Table Edit dialog box opens.
3. Edit fields. A field is editable if it is outlined when selected. A field is uneditable if it is highlighted when selected. You can cut and paste values between cells.
4. If you make a mistake, click Reset to reset all values for an item.
5. Click Apply to accept the changes and continue editing. Click OK to accept the changes and exit.
From Creo Elements/Direct Modeling:
From the Creo Elements/Direct Modeling Structure Browser, right-click an item and click Creo Elements/Direct Model Manager and then DB Properties.
Click File > Model Manager > DB Properties.
Tabs in the Properties dialog:
Structure displays the model or assembly and its sub-assemblies or parts.
Attributes displays the information stored in the database about the item.
Where Used displays where the item is linked or associated.
Notes displays all the change notes saved with the item.
Files displays the files associated with the item.
Revision History displays all the revisions for this item.
Masterdata displays the Masterdata record associated with this item.
Drawing Status displays the drawing associated with the item, if it is a model.
Model Status displays the model associated with the item, if it is a drawing.
Attachments displays all files, except models, drawings, and Masterdata, which are linked to the Masterdata record associated with this item, along with all additional file types associated with drawings.
Simplifications displays simplifications associated with the model.
Stock/Finished displays stock finish relation associated between the parts.

Use F5 to refresh the Workspace window.
