Plot or print drawings
You can plot or print drawings if you
Create a scheduled task: See Work with tasks.
Send a plot request directly to the Job Spooler.
To send a Plot job directly to the Job Spooler,
1. In your Creo Elements/Direct Model Manager Workspace, select a drawing.
2. Click Task Agent and then, in the 2D Drawings group, click the arrow next to Plot. Alternatively, right click and, in the shortcut menu, click Plot > Now.
3. In the Plot Now dialog box, select a Masterdata and printer, and update any other plot information.
4. Click OK.
To send multiple Plot jobs directly to the Job Spooler,
1. In your Creo Elements/Direct Model Manager Workspace, select your drawings or a Masterdata. If you select a Masterdata, you can plot all drawings for that Masterdata.
2. Click Task Agent and then, in the 2D Drawings group, click the arrow next to Plot. Alternatively, right click and, in the shortcut menu, click Plot > Now.
3. The Plot Now dialog box lists your items individually. If desired, you can select a different Masterdata, or different printing options for each item. Or, check the Collate box to disable the individual selection of different options for Printer, Format, and Copies.
4. If configured by your administrator, you may also have additional search, filter, and sort options.
5. Click Edit all to edit your printing options. This information applies to all your items.
6. If you select Reset Paper Format, Creo Elements/Direct Model Manager attempts to automatically select a paper format that fits the format of your drawings.
7. Click OK.

When you send a plot request directly to the Job Spooler, you
do not generate any output information to store with the drawing or Masterdata.
do not see a plot task in the Task tab. (However, your plot job will display in your administrator's Job Queue tab.)
