Copy an Access Control List
Creo Elements/Direct Manager Server allows you to copy an Access Control List (ACL). You can also copy an ACL entry. The properties of the copied ACL or the ACL entry are same as its parent.
To copy an ACL,
1. In Creo Elements/Direct Drawing Manager Standalone, click Admin on the Workspace Bar.
2. Click Access Control List under What do you want to manage? in the left pane. The Access Control List page opens.
3. Right-click the ACL folder in the Access Control List page and, on the shortcut menu, click Duplicate ACL. The Duplicate ACL dialog box opens.
4. In the ACL Name box, type a name for the duplicate ACL.
5. In the Available ACL Entries pane, select the ACL to be duplicated.
*
You must select at least one ACL.
6. Click OK to complete the operation. A duplicate ACL is now created. You can edit the permissions of the ACL. For more information, see Modify an Access Control List.
