Modify an Access Control List
Creo Element/Direct Drawing Manager allows you to edit the permissions of an existing Access Control List (ACL).
To modify an ACL,
1. In Creo Elements/Direct Drawing Manager Standalone, click Admin on the Workspace Bar.
2. Click Access Control List under What do you want to manage? in the left pane. The Access Control List page opens.
3. Right-click the ACL and, on the shortcut menu, click Edit. The Edit ACL Entry dialog box opens.
*
The Edit operation can be performed only on the ACL entry and not on the ACL folder.
4. Specify the new values in the User/Group/Role box, State box and the Permissions section.
*
The name of the ACL cannot be modified.
5. Click Reset to go back to the original values.
6. Click OK to complete the operation.
*
If you edit an ACL such that the ACL Name, User/Group/Role and State are identical to an existing ACL, the edit operation modifies the permissions of the existing ACL and not the one which you have selected for edit.
