Create, view, and edit a change note
When you save a model or drawing, you can create a change note to record details not normally stored in Creo Elements/Direct Drawing Manager that describe the changes to the model. These change notes are displayed in the title blocks of drawings.
You can only add one change note per version of the model or drawing.
If your Administrator has enabled Masterdata revisioning, you can also create, view, and edit change notes for Masterdata. See Revise Masterdata.
