Pick Plus/Minus to add, or convert to, plus and minus tolerancing.
Plus and Minus Tolerancing
To add a plus/minus tolerance:
1. Pick CHG TEXTS from the DIMENSION 3 screen menu.
2. Pick CHG TOLERA and Add.
3. Pick Plus/Minus in OPTIONS.
4. Enter the plus and minus tolerance value.
Upper/Lower Tolerancing
When adding or converting to upper and lower tolerancing, Creo Elements/Direct Drafting assumes that both upper and lower values are positive. If you require either value to be negative you must start the value with a negative sign ( - ).
Upper and Lower Tolerancing
To add an upper/lower tolerance to a dimension:
1. Pick CHG TEXTS from the DIMENSION 3 screen menu.
2. Pick CHG TOLERA and Add.
3. Pick Upper/Lower in OPTIONS.
4. Enter the upper tolerance value.
5. Enter the lower tolerance value.
