Measure the axis between two points
To measure the axis between two points
1. Click Analysis and then, in the Measure group, click the arrow next to Direction.
2. Click Axis 3D. The Measure Output dialog box opens.
3. Right-click the viewport and select Two Points.
4. Specify the "from" point.
5. Specify the "to" point. The viewer displays the axis point (the first point relative to the global coordinate system origin) and direction in the two sets of X, Y, and Z fields.
6. You can click further measure options, or click to complete the operation.
