Showing annotations
You can show and hide a selection of annotations in the viewport. Dimensions belonging to a chain (coordinate or baseline) can be affected individually or the whole chain can be shown or hidden.
To "unhide" hidden annotations, you cannot click something you cannot see; select them with the Select tool (select them all with the All 3D Annos option) and then show them.
To show and hide annotations:
1. Click Analysis and then, in the Inspect group, click Show Annotation. The Show Anno dialog box opens.
2. Click the annotation to show, or select multiple annotations with the Select tool.
3. Clear the Chained check box to show the individual dimension clicked rather than the entire chain. This is relevant when you want to show coordinate and baseline dimensions.
4. Click Hide to remove the selected annotations from view; click Show to display them again.
5. Continue showing and hiding annotations, or click to complete the operation.
Note that annotations will remain hidden until you show them again.
