Monitor AI Indexing Service Statistics
The System Administrator can monitor the indexing statistics under the Indexing Overview page. To access the Indexing Overview page:
1. Log in to Codebeamer as a System Administrator.
2. On the Codebeamer homepage, navigate to the AI System Admin tab. The AI System Admin page opens. The left pane includes the following options:
◦ Project Indexing
◦ Review Hub Indexing
◦ Indexing Overview
3. Select Indexing Overview in the left pane. The Indexing Overview page opens. The Indexing Overview page displays the Global Indexing Status and the Indexing Statistics:
◦ Global Indexing Status: Displays the current global indexing status. When the indexing service connection is successful, global indexing starts automatically. You can pause and resume global indexing at any time.
◦ The Indexing Statistics table includes the following information:
▪ Project — Displays the project name.
▪ Status — Displays the current indexing status of the project: Adding to index, Indexed, Not indexed, or Removing from index.
▪ Priority Rank — Displays the number indicating the rank of the project in the order of indexing. For more information on priority rank, see
Enable the Project for Indexing.
▪ Indexed Percentage — Displays the percentage value indicating the progress of indexing.
▪ Last Indexed — Displays the timestamp when the project was last indexed.
4. Use the filter to view statistics for a specific project.
