Enable the Project for AI Indexing
To enable AI indexing for project content, the System Administrator must first enable the project for indexing. To enable a project for AI indexing:
1. Log in to Codebeamer as a System Administrator.
2. On the Codebeamer homepage, navigate to the AI System Admin tab. The AI System Admin page opens. The left pane includes the following options:
◦ Project Indexing
◦ Review Hub Indexing
◦ Indexing Overview
3. Select Project Indexing in the left pane. The Project Indexing settings page opens. The page contains two panels, Available for Indexing and Enabled for Indexing. The Available for Indexing panel lists all the projects in the system.
4. In the Available for Indexing panel, select the projects that you want to index, and click Add. The selected projects move under the Enabled for Indexing panel.

Projects enabled for indexing do not start indexing until a Project Administrator configures the indexing settings. For more information, see Configure the Indexing Lifecycle and Indexing Settings.

5. Projects are indexed in the order they appear in the Enabled for Indexing panel. To change the indexing order, select a project and click Up or Down.
6. To remove a project from indexing, select it in the Enabled for Indexing panel, and then click Remove.

You can also use the filters available in each panel above the projects list to filter the projects that you want to add or remove from indexing.

7. Click Save to save the settings.
