Mapping Issues to Cardboards
Cardboards are structured with four default columns that are integral to the workflow:
ToDo – This column contains issues that are new or have not been started yet. It is the default column for issues without any status flags or with the Unset status.
In Progress – Issues that are actively being worked on and have the In Progress property.
To Verify – Once issues reach a resolution they are moved to this column, which is designated for issues with the Resolved property.
Done – Completed issues, indicated by the Closed property, are mapped to this column.

If you’re using multiple trackers and wish to standardize the status mappings across them, you’ll need to adjust the choice list configurations for each tracker individually.
To customize the mapping of issue statuses to carboard columns:
1. Navigate to the tracker’s Customize option in the More menu.
2. Click the Choice Lists tab.
3. Select Status to access the choice list configuration page.
