Initiating Restart Review
You can restart a review in the Codebeamer X from the following launch points:
Initiating Restart Review for Closed Reviews.
1. On Codebeamer X home page, select > . The All Reviews page opens.
2. On the All Reviews page, navigate to the Closed Reviews tab. It displays all the closed reviews in a tabular format.
3. From the Closed Reviews table, select a review that you want to restart. The review items page opens.
4. Click Restart Review option available on the top of the page. The Restart Review window opens.
Initiating Restart Review for Open Reviews.
1. On Codebeamer X home page, select > . The All Reviews page opens.
2. On the All Reviews page, navigate to the Open Reviews tab. It displays all the open reviews in a tabular format.
3. From the Open Reviews table, select and open the review that you want to restart. The review items page opens.
4. Click Complete Review option available on the top of the page. The Finish Review window opens.
5. On the Finish Review window, click Restart review. The Restart Review window opens.
Setting up the Restart Review
On clicking the Restart Review from any of the launch points mentioned earlier, the Restart Review window opens. You can select the following options under the Setup items for restart section before you click the RESTART to restart the review:
• Restart with all items: Select this option to restart the review with all the existing review items. Under this option you can also select Select all item review statuses to Not reviewed to set the status of all the review items to Not reviewed once the review restarts.
• Restart with specific rules: Select this option to restart the review by selecting any of the following rules:
◦ Restart with updated or suspected items after the last review: Select to restart the review with the items that were either updated or marked as suspected in the last review process.
◦ Add all items with updated downstream references: Select this option to include the all the review items in the review with updated downstream references.
◦ Add all items with updated upstream references: Select this option to include the all the review items in the review with updated upstream references.
◦ Restart with Not reviewed items: Select this option to include all the review items in the review that were marked as not reviewed while completing the review.
◦ Restart with Rejected items: Select this option to include all the items in the review that were marked as Rejected while completing the review.
• Set the review status of all Not Reviewed items to Rejected: Select this option to change the review status of the all the items that are not reviewed to rejected.
You can also add new items and remove exiting items from the review before restarting it. For more information on adding and removing items from the review see,

Under
Roles section, you can modify the
Review Assignments of the review. Select, add, or remove the existing the moderators, reviewers, and viewers for the review before restarting it. For more information, see
