Adding and Removing items from the Current Review
While restarting a review, you can remove existing items and add new items to it. The existing items available in the review are displayed in a tabular format under the Items Carried Over from Previous Review section. Select the items that you want to remove from the review and click Remove Items.
You can add new items to the review by following the steps given below:
1. Under the Items Added to This Current Review section, click Add new Items. The Add New Items To The Review window opens.
2. Enter a string in the
Add New Items To The Review search box to search for the required items. A list containing all the items related to the search string appears. You can also click

to search for the required items. The
Choose Item window opens.
3. The search results are displayed in a tabular format. Select the required items and click Set.
You can also use filters to search for the required items. Under the
Filters select from the following filters and click

Filter | Description |

Projects | Click to select the projects to filter on. By default, all projects in your Codebeamer instance are listed. |
Trackers | Click to select the trackers to filter on. By default, all trackers in your Codebeamer instance are listed. |
| Click to select the required filter from the list. You can also search for a filter in the search box. |
| Click to use the AND/OR logic for the filters selected from the  Add filter icon. |
You can sort the columns of search results table in ascending or descending order by using the Add order by option. Click

and select the required column fields. The sorting of column depends on the column type. For example, the Item ID column is sorted numerically and the Trackers column is sorted alphabetically. To change the order of the search results inside the table, click

DESC available on the selected column field under
Order by section and click
