Customizing your Document View
If a document has profiling applied to it, you can tailor the view so that you see as much or as little of the information as you need. Such documents have one or more pulldown lists in the navigation area that allow you to determine what information you see. For example, a novice might want to see all of the information available, whereas an expert might not need to see a lot of the rudimentary information. Both consumers can be accommodated.
1. Click the arrow on a profile box to pull down the list.
2. Select the appropriate profile. The document immediately conforms to the chosen profile. Information appears or disappears and the table of contents changes depending on the specifications of the profile.
