Paging
To page through a document:
1. To return toward the beginning of the document, click the Back arrow on the control bar.
Each click takes you up one heading in the table of contents.
2. To advance toward the end of the document, click the Forward arrow on the control bar.
Each click takes you down one heading in the table of contents.
