Save the previewed document as an PTC APP file or template. Clicking the option will invoke a Save As dialog box, from which you can select a location to which to save the document, its filename, and the format in which it should be saved.

You may then open the saved document in a standalone PTC Advanced Print Publisher installation if required. Note that you will not be able to edit the .3d document’s content from within PTC Advanced Print Publisher, although you can achieve other touch-up tasks.
