Deleting Tags and Content
Before performing this exercise, open the Arbortext XML DocBook V4.0 sample document in Arbortext Editor.
You can delete either just text or a tag with its content. Follow these steps to delete a tag:
1. In the Document Map, click the tag
icon to the left of a
para element.
2. Press the DELETE key.
The element and its contents are deleted.
3. Click the
Undo
toolbar button to undo the deletion.
You could also select some of the text inside of the para tag and delete just that text.
