Text Entities Dialog Box
Use this dialog box to create, modify, insert, and delete text entities.
The Text Entities dialog box contains the following fields and options:
Name — Displays the entity name.
DTD — Checked if the text entity is declared in your document type definition (DTD).
Content — Displays content of the text entity. If the entire content is not visible, you can widen the column or window to see the rest.
CDATA — (SGML documents only) when this column is checked, the contents of the entity will be interpreted as text only.
Count — Displays the number of times the entity occurs in the document. This column is displayed when you select the Count Uses button.
New — Opens the New text entity dialog box.
Duplicate — Opens the New text entity dialog box using the information from the currently selected text entity.
Modify — Opens the Modify text entity dialog box.
DeleteDeletes the text entity.
Insert — Inserts the text entity at the cursor location.
Find — Searches the document for the selected text entity, starting at the cursor location. Select Find again to continue searching the document. If the set entityscan option is set to on, the search will include any file entities referenced in the document.
Count Uses — Counts and displays in the Count column the number of references to text entities used in the document. The count includes uses in any file entities referenced in the document.
