Creating Text Entities
Create text entities using text selected from your document or using text you specify.
Using text from your document:
1. Select the text you want to use as a text entity.
2. Choose Entities > Create text entity from selection from the menu bar.
3. In the Create text entity from selection dialog box, enter a name for the text entity in the Name text box.
4. The Content text box will contain the text you selected prior to opening the dialog box.
5. Click OK to close the dialog box. The text you initially selected will be replaced with the new text entity.
Using text you specify:
1. Choose Entities > Text from the menu bar.
2. Click the New button to open the New text entity dialog box.
3. In the New text entity dialog box, enter a name for the text entity in the Name text box.
4. Enter the body of the new text entity in the Content text box.
5. Click OK to close the dialog box. The new text entity will be available when you close the Text entities dialog box.
