Download Result Dialog Box
The Download Result dialog box specifies where to save the file or output you are retrieving and whether to view it after it's downloaded. The presence of these fields depends on the type of published output you requested.
• Save As or Output Directory— specifies where to save the file or set of files.
• View check box — (available for PDF, Web, HTML Help, and HTML output) displays the file in the appropriate viewer after it has been saved.
• Delete After Download check box — specifies whether to delete the transaction from the Arbortext PE server after you've retrieved it.
You can set queuing preferences for automatic deletion of your file on the server after you download it. For instructions, refer to
