The following figure illustrates the main structures in a table in PTC Arbortext Layout Developer. Although properties can be specified at the top level, the table, it is possible to override the table properties with column and cell properties. The most local settings are applied.

When working with either PTC Arbortext Layout Developer’s WYSIWYG view or Arbortext Styler’s PTC ALD print preview window, you can activate guides that indicate the boundaries of the table and cells.
