Shortcut Menu
The shortcut menu is activated when you place your cursor on the document in the Print Preview window and click the right mouse button. Commands available on the Preview shortcut menu are:
Show Attributes — displays information about the item in the document at the cursor’s position.
If you right click on a character, a window displays the character’s attributes, such as identity of the character, its index, its position on the page, its dimension, its font and size, and the font family ID.
If you right click on a graphic, a window displays the graphic’s attributes, such as path, location of the lower left corner, and its width and height.
If you right click on a rule, a window displays the line’s attributes, such as distance from each endpoint to the edge of the paper, and the line’s length and thickness.
If you right click on white space, a window displays the cursor’s position on the page.
Show Page Attributes — displays the page number, width, height, orientation, page set, and page model.
Zoom In — enlarges the screen display.
Zoom Out — shrinks the screen display.
Scale to Fit — automatically re-sizes the displayed page to fit into the Print Preview window as it is sized.
Center View at Cursor — automatically adjusts the Print Preview window display so that the entire page is centered around the current cursor.
Synchronize Editor Position — moves the cursor in the Edit window to correspond to the cursor position in the Print Preview window.
Follow Link — jumps to the target destination.
Go Back — returns to the original position of the link text or object.
