Changing the Font and Type Size
1. To start an equation with Roman text in Script size, in the Equation Editor window, choose Format > Font > Roman.
This creates an input box. Anything entered in the input box will be in Roman.
2. Choose Format > Size > Script. Since, in this case, it uses the same input box as Roman, anything entered is script size and in Roman font.
To change the font or size of existing text in an equation:
1. Select the text you want to change.
2. Choose Cut from the Equation Editor shortcut menu.
3. Choose Format > Size > Display.
4. Choose Paste from the Equation Editor shortcut menu. This should make text reappear in display size without changing the font.
