Inserting a Bookmark
You can insert electronic place markers in your document. They allow you to navigate instantly to specific locations in your document. Each bookmark has its own identifying name which you supply, so you can insert as many as needed.
To insert a new bookmark:
1. Place your cursor at the location in your document at which you want to insert a bookmark.
2. Choose Insert > Bookmarks.
3. Enter a name for the bookmark in the Name field in the Bookmarks dialog box.
4. Select Insert New. The bookmark name appears in the selection list, and a hidden bookmark tag is inserted at the cursor location. The cursor, however, will not be visible in your document until you close the Bookmarks dialog box.
