Help Menu Introduction
The Help menu contains the following options:
Arbortext Editor — Opens the Arbortext Help Center profiled to just display the documentation for Arbortext Editor.
You can change the content displayed in the Help Center on the Help Center’s Configuration tab.
If you are running a compact installation of Arbortext Editor that does not include the Help Center, this choice opens an HTML Help file containing the Arbortext Editor help.
Arbortext Styler — Opens the Arbortext Help Center profiled to just display the documentation for Arbortext Styler.
If you are running a compact installation of Arbortext Editor that does not include the Help Center, this choice opens an HTML Help file containing the Arbortext Styler help.
Help Center — Opens the Arbortext Help Center displaying all of the available Arbortext product documentation.
If you are running a compact installation of Arbortext Editor that does not include the Help Center, this choice is not available.
PTC on the Web — Displays the PTC web site in your default web browser.
Technical Support — Provides information about contacting PTC Technical Support.
Log Support Case — Links to the PTC Case Logger.
Search Online Knowledge Base — Links to the PTC Knowledge Base.
Session — Opens the Session dialog box which provides information about the document, application, and environment.
Publishing Engine Configuration — Provides information about the Arbortext PE Request Manager you are using for document publishing. This report is available if you are using Arbortext Publishing Engine for publishing documents. The Arbortext Publishing Engine server returns a report containing information on Arbortext Publishing Engine host platform, licensing, and Arbortext Publishing Engine server and Arbortext PE sub-process build and version. It also lists document types, stylesheets, framesets, and publishing configuration. This menu item is available if Arbortext Editor is using Arbortext Publishing Engine as a publishing server.
About Arbortext Editor — Provides information about the current version of Arbortext Editor, your service contract (SCN) information, and the current PTC copyright and trademark information.
