Color Preferences
The Colors category in the Preferences dialog box sets the following color options:
• Tag Font — Specifies the display color for markup tags.
• Generated Text — Specifies the display color for generated text and DITA content references. Color properties for elements within a stylesheet have precedence over the preferences color setting.
• Text Entity — Specifies the display color for text entities.
• Object Boundary — Specifies the display color for the boundaries drawn around included objects such as file entities and XML inclusions.
Choose a color from the
Color palette to set the display color of the selection. The font color displayed on screen may appear slightly different than the selected color. If the system palette does not include the selected color, the system renders its nearest color. If you choose
Inherit, the displayed color will be the same color as the surrounding text.
