In addition to any changes to the Formatting Object Model for the 12.0.1.0 release of PTC Arbortext Layout Developer, a few small changes have been made to how the software works with JavaScript.

Firstly, add-on libraries have been updated to support JavaScript configuration files. An option has been provided to run JavaScript not in ‘strict mode’, and a new JavaScript stat-up file has been added.
