By default within a cell, the value of <?tbcpat> that is in use will be taken from either the default for the table/column as defined within the table preamble or from the default for the row set with <?tbrdef>, with the usual precedence. When <?tbcpatc=1> is used, however, the paragraph attributes specified for these two defaults will be combined.
