Description
Specifies the priority with which extra space is added between a paragraph and any top rule, if the paragraph is at the top of a column or table cell or just underneath a paragraph that has break across columns set, when a column is vertically justified. Use in conjunction with the <?tvjmrctop> command, which sets the measure of the space required.
