Specifies the maximum amount of space that can be added between a paragraph and its bottom rule when a column is vertically justified. This PI can be used to set the space limit for any paragraph, irrespective of whether it is at the bottom of a column or not. Use in conjunction with the <?tvjprbot> command, which sets the priority of the vertical justification measure.
