<?tbrtgut>
Description
This command allocates a gutter above a row in a table. The command must be placed at the start of the row and will be ignored for the first row of the table. If used at the start of the table the command indicates the default top gutter setting for every row in the table.
This command can also be specified using <?tbrowguttop>.
Example 425. Set a gutter of 20mm above a row in a table
