<?tbrbox>
Description
This command defines a row as being a boxed row. Note that this command does not start a new row - it is a property to be applied to a row and as such should be written just after a <?tbrstrt> command.

There is no need to turn the tbrbox property off with a <?tbrbox=0>, starting a new row that does not have this property is sufficient to deactivate it.
