• This works in the same way as <?tpctrl> and the dialog box for filling in the control stream does not let you apply conditions on the sides.
• If this command is specified as well as a <?tbcrules>, both sets of rules will apply. The rule control stream will be applied first, i.e. it rules are outermost.
