<?tbabsvj>
Description
Activates absolute vertical justification mode for a table. This overrides the default VJ setting, which states that if the sum of all VJ margins is less than the actual space available, all margins will be proportionately increased to take up the remaining space. With <?tbabsvj> activated, space will be allocated only within the maximums allocated to each margin.
This command can also be specified using <tbvjabs>.
