Description
Sets the value of big op spacing 1 for Maths limits: the minimum space to be allocated between the top of an operator and the baseline of a superscript character. This value is set as a percentage of the current height.

Additional Information
Big op spacing 1 is one of the measures used to decide the positioning of a superscript limit above an operator, particularly when superscript characters are different sizes: compare the total size of x (no descender) and y (descender below baseline). The ideal outcome is for the baselines of the characters to be aligned vertically, and to this end the positioning of the baseline of the superscript character is decided using the greater value of the following two:

Value of big op spacing 3 minus the character size of the superscript
This comparison ensures that the baselines of the superscript characters are aligned vertically whilst always maintaining a minimum amount of space between the operator and the superscript character.
