<?blockmct>
Description
This command allows you to specify an alternative top margin which is only used when the block occurs at the top of a column. This margin will only occur at the start of the block and will not apply for mid-block rows that appear at the top of a column after the block has overflowed into a new column.
You may specify a priority by which this margin is judged if margins need to be merged to save space — use the <?blockmctp> command.
Syntax
<?blockmct height:uh
height
The height of the margin, with optional decimal point and optional unit of measurement.
