Simulates up-down clicking of the left hand mouse button. It actually simulates two separate button operations, i.e. releasing and pressing the button. If the button is logically up it will be held down by this macro. If the button is being logically held down an up-down click results. Up-down mouse clicks are used extensively in Graphics Mode.
