Application
This section lists and describes those macros that perform specific actions at application level:
• Macros that permit common actions to be carried out programmatically via a script, for example the cutting and pasting of data or the insertion of processing instructions.
• Macros that set application-wide preferences, for example certain options for the handling of XML data or the management of system memory.
• Internal macros used only by the application, where user manipulation is not permitted.
