The debugger used with Layout Developer is a web application which connects to the software via a socket. The intention is that Layout Developer, when debugging, can be reached from anywhere on the same network and commands can be sent to Layout Developer from the debugger. This presents some security issues and the features provided in this release are the first step in addressing some of those problems.

A new system file is provided, security.3ad, which is a configuration file for setting security restrictions. Currently debugger options are specified here, but expect more in the future.
