Providing Feedback
If you find parts or service information in PTC Arbortext Content Delivery that need to be improved, you can send a message to the providers of that information. PTC Arbortext Content Delivery enables you to send a message with feedback about the current context you’re viewing.
Follow these steps to provide feedback:
1. Click the menu icon at the upper right corner of the interface to open the menu:
2. Select Reporting > Send Feedback on the menu.
The Provide Feedback window opens:
3. Fill in your information and comments, then click Submit.
You can also add an attachment to your feedback by clicking the Add button. For example, you could attach a compressed archive file containing a recording of your interactions with the system. See Recording Your Interactions for more information

You can configure the email hostname, hosttype, using the PTC Arbortext Content Delivery Deployment Configurator UI. For more information about email notifications, see Editing Properties of the Configurator Entities in the PTC Arbortext Content Delivery Deployment Guide or Administration Help center.
The window closes and your feedback is sent to the contact designated by your administrator. You can view feedback you have submitted by either selecting Reporting > View Feedback on the menu or by clicking View your Feedback List in your user settings.

For the Mobile Touch Interface, View Feedback shows the list of all feedback sent. Tap any feedback from the list to view the feedback details such as Context path, feedback comment, priority, and so on.
