The Table of Contents tab 
provides a table of contents to the topics contained in the Help Center.

Table of Contents
You can open or close the entire table of contents through the similar buttons at the top of the tab. If an entry in the
table of contents links to a topic, the icons associated with that level have a collapse or expand indicator on the book icons.
Click on the table of contents title to display the associated topic.

Click on the closed book icon to open that level of the table of contents.

Click on the open book icon to collapse that level of the table of contents.

Click on the expand icon to open all child topics under the parent topic.

Click on the collapse icon to close all child topics under the parent topic.

Publish Topic Collection

You can create a topic collection for the purposes of printing a subset of help topics within the TOC.
To create a topic collection, select an item in the TOC and click
 .
The selected topic and all its child topics appear in the right pane, with dashed lines indicating the hierarchy of the topics
in the collection.
You can print this topic collection.
