Access
The Access page allows you to specify the users and user groups that should have access to a selected package. There are two categories
of user group package privileges:
- View and deploy the package
- Delete the package once it is published
If you do not grant access for any users or user groups to a package privilege, only the creator of the package and the system
administrator will have that privilege.
To specify access control, use the following steps:
- Ensure that the correct package is selected.
- Use the Select User or Select User Group fields to search for and select a user or user group.
- Use the Select Access Control drop-down menus to select the privilege that the selected user or user group should have:
- View & Deploy—The user or members of the user group can view and deploy the selected package.
- Delete—The user or members of the user group can delete the selected package once it is published.
- Click
add user. The selected user or user group appears in the list below with the assigned access privilege. - Repeat the above steps as needed.
- When you are finished, click Next. The Publish Package page appears.
To remove an access assignment from a user or user group, select the entry in the list and click 
delete. You can also click Clear to remove all access assignments from the selected package.
