Viewing the License Count Change History in PDM Essentials and Pro/INTRALINK
From the License Count Change History window, you can view the history of all license count changes, who made the changes, and when the changes were made. You can also modify the license counts.
The license counts are maintained in a database table and are stored separately from the security audit records. Each time the count is modified, a record is produced with the time stamp and the number of license counts. This information is used to display the license count change history and to determine if a site's license usage is compliant with the number of purchased licenses.
Changing the Table View
You can change the time interval that is displayed in the table by selecting an option from the view drop-down list. The options include One Year, Two Years, Five Years, and All.
Editing the License Count
Select the edit license count action from the Actions list at the top of the License Count Change History table to change the number of purchased licenses.
