Change Notice Information Page
A change notice represents a work authorization to document and release new designs, to enhance existing designs, or to correct issues. The change notice can be created in reference to one or more change requests. It details the tasks that need to be completed in order for the change to be implemented. It also enables you to assign the tasks to individuals.
The change notice information page is a collection point for information related to the change notice. The information page of a change notice is accessed by clicking the information icon .
From the information page, you can perform actions on a change notice, as well as view the object attributes and any related information.

Actions
Information pages contain a list of applicable actions in a menu in the upper left corner of the page. See Common Actions for a list of common actions available in Windchill. The availability of these actions depends on the status of the change notice, as well as your access to it. For more information about status indicators, see Object Status.

Action
Description
View Summary Report
Allows you view a summary report of the specific change notice. Change management summary reports are available only if you have Windchill Business Reporting installed. For more information, see Viewing Change Summary Reports.
View Implementation Status
Allows you to view a report of the attributes of the change notice and the implementation plan. The change notice implementation status report is available only if you have Windchill Business Reporting installed. For more information, see Viewing Implementation Status Reports.
Tabs
The following tabs are viewable on the change notice information page. You can customize the tabs that appear on each object information page to display the information most useful to you. For more information, see Customizing Information Page Tabs

Tab
Description
Details
The Details tab displays the attributes of the change notice, as well as related tables. See Object Attributes for a list of common attributes available in Windchill. The following attributes may be of particular interest for this object.
Change Admin II—The user serving as Change Administrator II for change notices. Change Admin II is responsible for creating the implementation plan captured in the change notice. Change Admin II is also responsible for recording the decision of the Change Implementation Board to proceed with the implementation plan.
Need Date—The date by which the change notice must be implemented.
Complexity—Fast Track, Full Track, or Basic.
Resolution Date—The date the change notice is resolved.

Implementation Plan
The Implementation Plan tab displays the Implementation Plan table, allowing you to add, modify, or remove change tasks associated with the change notice. For more information, see Implementation Plan Table.

The Process tab displays information about the processes that involve the change notice and includes the following tables:
Members—Displays the members of the team
Tasks for Change Process—Displays the tasks related to the change notice and any related changes
Discussions—Displays the discussions related to the change notice and any related changes
Routing/Process History, including the following:

Task History
History
The History tab displays information about the history of the change notice and includes the following:
Timeline
Maturity History
Revision History—controlled by a preference; the default is No
